Bobbak (Bobby) Dolatabadi is a Director and an experienced real estate attorney who represents his clients in a multitude of real estate transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, leasing, development and land-use. Bobby is particularly regarded among his colleagues as having a keen ability to navigate through and resolve unique and complex issues in a practical manner while protecting his clients and successfully closing a wide variety of real estate deals.
Successful experience includes purchasing and selling commercial and upscale residential real estate, assisting landlords and tenants with leasing negotiations, advising real estate developers and other members of office/corporate parks and owners’ associations on various governance issues, as well as navigating various complex real property and business transactions.
Bobby also takes pride in being uniquely familiar with the legalities for the creation of condominium regimes in Oklahoma and has been involved with the development of several condominium projects throughout the downtown Oklahoma City area. In addition to his experience with real estate transactions, he has reviewed thousands of oil and gas records in his preparation of numerous oil and gas title opinions and, in doing so, has acquired a background proven to complement his clients on multiple occasions.
A life-long Oklahoma City native, Bobby enjoys spending free time with his wife, Sammi, partaking in the local Persian community and supporting Oklahoma sports.
