Biography

Jason A. Sansone is an experienced litigation attorney whose primary focus is on representing commercial and financial institutions. He has protected lender’s rights, litigated adversary proceedings, and reorganized businesses in over 500 bankruptcy and receivership cases.

Jason has represented clients in matters with the Internal Revenue Service, Oklahoma Tax Commission, Oklahoma Department of Labor, Oklahoma Attorney General, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Clients expect a clear vision and strategy from the onset of representation, timely communication throughout representation, followed by a successful conclusion to their case specific plan which results in a more stable tomorrow. Knowledge of the law, relationships with opposing professional counsel, and real business experience allows Jason to get clients through their periods of economic instability and successfully move forward in the quickest ways possible.

Prior to his private practice, Mr. Sansone served as General Counsel and Corporate Compliance Officer for a local collection agency operating in 46 states. Jason is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, all Texas federal and bankruptcy courts, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
