“Phillips Murrah is so honored to be a part of HeartLine’s 22nd Annual Festival of Hope” said Phillips Murrah Director Byrona J. Maule. “Robert Sheets, our deceased Partner, served on HeartLine’s Board, and we are privileged to continue to support this organization in its message of hope.”

Phillips Murrah is grateful for the essential helpline and crisis intervention services that HeartLine has provided since its founding in 1971. Originally known as CONTACT, the organization was renamed HeartLine in 2005 and given a broader mission of connecting Oklahomans with help, hope, and information 24 hours a day.

HeartLine’s work focuses on compassionate listening, connecting those in need to important resources through their helplines:  211 Community Resource Line, 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, Youth Crisis Mobile Response, and Disaster Distress Helpline. HeartLine now serves more than 200,000 Oklahomans in need each year. For more than 50 years, HeartLine has provided around-the-clock information and referral, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention services.

The Festival of Hope keynote speaker was distinguished community and nonprofit leader, Debby Hampton. Debby served as President and CEO of United Way of Central Oklahoma from 2010 to 2023, during which she led efforts to raise over $278 million for disaster relief and health and human services programs. Her career also includes tenures as President and CEO of the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits and 16 years with the American Red Cross of Central Oklahoma, where she spent her final four years as CEO.
