Andrew S. Mildren is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate and Governmental Relations and Compliance Practice Groups. He represents individuals and both privately held and public companies in a broad range of complex commercial transactions, administrative proceedings and strategic legal matters.

Drew currently serves as General Counsel at CompSource Mutual Insurance Company, a workers compensation insurance company headquartered in Oklahoma City.

Born in Dallas, Drew was raised and now lives in Oklahoma City with his wife, Caroline, and their two daughters, Ellie and Olivia, and son, Jack.

• Represented local financial institutions in drafting, due diligence, and processing of multimillion-dollar commercial financing transactions
• Represented corporate clients in the resolution of various day-to-day corporate governance issues
• Assisted in the administration of state government pension plans for clients that include the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System, the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System and the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System
