BIOGRAPHY
Andrew S. Mildren is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate and Governmental Relations and Compliance Practice Groups. He represents individuals and both privately held and public companies in a broad range of complex commercial transactions, administrative proceedings and strategic legal matters.
Drew currently serves as General Counsel at CompSource Mutual Insurance Company, a workers compensation insurance company headquartered in Oklahoma City.
Born in Dallas, Drew was raised and now lives in Oklahoma City with his wife, Caroline, and their two daughters, Ellie and Olivia, and son, Jack.

- Represented businesses and individuals in various phases of real estate development, including sales and acquisitions of unimproved and improved real property, title and survey review, regulatory and land use issues, and financing, construction and leasing
- Represented a large national retailer in lease negotiations
- Represented numerous businesses and individuals before regulatory bodies in licensing and other matters
- Represented landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial leasing transactions
- Represented businesses and individuals in asset sales and purchases, stock sales and purchases, and other merger and acquisition transactions
- Represented local financial institutions in drafting, due diligence, and processing of multimillion-dollar commercial financing transactions
- Represented corporate clients in the resolution of various day-to-day corporate governance issues
- Assisted in the administration of state government pension plans for clients that include the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System, the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System and the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System
