Biography

Kelly Offutt is an associate who primarily practices in complex commercial litigation, civil litigation, and insurance defense. Within her practice, she has defended and prosecuted matters for clients involving wrongful death, contract disputes, product liability, personal injury, insurance bad faith, business torts, insurance coverage disputes, anti-SLAPP litigation, property damage, and construction disputes.

Before law school, Kelly received her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University. She was Student Body president from 2010-2011 and vice president for Chi Omega, Tau Beta Chapter, and Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity. Kelly was an intern for the United States Speaker of the House, the Honorable John A. Boehner, and a Teach for America Corps member. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2017.
