Justin P. Grose is a Phillips Murrah trial lawyer concentrating in labor and employment law and civil litigation in state and federal court, including appellate work before the Oklahoma appellate courts and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Before joining Phillips Murrah, Justin served as a Shareholder at a national labor and employment firm, defending and advising employers across a broad range of workplace matters. Prior to that, he served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General, defending state agencies and employees in tort claims, civil rights allegations, employment disputes, and constitutional challenges.

Justin earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was listed on the Dean’s Honor Roll, received an American Jurisprudence Award in Environmental Law, and was inducted into the Order of Barristers. He served as a Note Editor for the American Indian Law Review and competed on the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Team, earning the 2012 San Francisco Regional Championship. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Oklahoma.
