Phillips Murrah Director C. Eric Davis recently participated as panelist during the Government and Administrative Law Practice Section (GALPS) 2023 CLE Conference.
The panel, which was a part of an all-day program, discussed topics that included impacts of COVID-19 on administrative law practice, how artificial intelligence technologies have been incorporated into the legal profession, and current hot-button issues within each panelist’s area of practice.
Other panelists were Don Maisch, City Attorney for City of Midwest City; Mackenzie Wilfong, VP of Legal Affairs & General Counsel for Tulsa Community College; and Kara Smith, General Counsel at Oklahoma Healthcare Authority.
