We represent Direct Primary Care clients on a wide range of state and federal issues including employment and scope of practice issues related to family practice physicians, advanced practice nurses (CNP’s, FNP’s, CNS’s), physician assistants; real estate acquisition, leasing and zoning; practice management; and DPC practice formation.  We also negotiate with prospective employers on behalf of clients seeking to provide DPC services to large and small employer groups.
