Phillips Murrah proudly welcomes Rebekah Burchfiel to the firm. She has seven years of focused estate planning experience, backed by an early career in civil litigation, helping clients gain clarity and confidence in organizing their personal and financial legacies.
Rebekah mainly serves individuals and couples, many of whom are going through major life events such as the birth of a child, preparing for retirement, or managing the complexities of blended families. Clients depend on her skill to explain complex legal ideas in clear, easy-to-understand terms, especially when they are tackling estate planning for the first time.
She is known for creating comprehensive estate plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and priorities. Her approach highlights long-term stability, probate avoidance, and thoughtful risk management informed by her litigation background. Clients consistently value her accessibility, flexibility with scheduling, and straightforward communication style. She lives in the Shepherd Historic District with her husband and their two sons. In her free time, she enjoys reading fiction, doing crossword puzzles, and following NBA games.
