Phillips Murrah is proud to announce that Director Sally A. Hasenfratz and Of Counsel Attorney Lauren Barghols Hanna have been named among the Top 25 Women in Oklahoma by Super Lawyers.
Sally has been honored as one of the Top 25 Women in Oklahoma from 2006 to 2012 and again from 2017 through 2024. She’s a highly experienced real estate and transactional attorney and a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Her practice covers a full range of real estate law, including commercial leasing and sales, all phases of development, public-private transactions, tax increment financing, and construction law. Sally is also part of the Firm’s Tax and Family Wealth and Business Succession Practice Groups, representing individuals as well as privately held and public companies in various transactional matters.
Lauren has been recognized as one of the Top 25 Women in Oklahoma each year since 2019 and was also named in the Top 50: Oklahoma Super Lawyers. Her state and federal litigation practice centers on labor and employment law, where she advises and represents management in all aspects of the employment relationship. This includes litigation involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge, whistleblower claims, employment agreements, trade secret disputes, workplace investigations, wage and hour claims, and other workplace-related issues. Lauren also assists employers in developing effective employment policies and procedures, creating employee handbooks, drafting non-disclosure and non-solicitation agreements, and preparing severance agreements and releases.
