Phillips Murrah is proud to announce that Director Sally A. Hasenfratz and Of Counsel Attorney Lauren Barghols Hanna have been named among the Top 25 Women in Oklahoma by Super Lawyers.
Previously, Sally was recognized Top 25 Women in Oklahoma from 2006-2012 and again from 2017-present. Sally is a veteran real estate and transactional attorney, and a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. She has a full spectrum of experience in all areas of real estate law, including commercial leasing and sales, all phases of development, public/private transactions, tax increment financing transactions, and construction law. Sally is also a member of the Firm’s Tax and Family Wealth and Business Succession Practice Groups, and she represents individuals and both privately held and public companies in a wide range of transactional matters.
Lauren has been recognized as Top 25 Women in Oklahoma each year since 2019. Her state and federal litigation practice is focused on labor and employment law. Lauren counsels and represents management in all phases of the employment relationship, including litigation matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment and wrongful discharge claims, whistleblower claims, claims related to employment agreements and theft of trade secrets, workplace investigations, wage and hour claims, and other disputes arising from the workplace. She also works with employers in crafting appropriate employment policies and procedures, employee handbooks, non-disclosure/non-solicitation agreements, and employee severance agreements and releases.
