Nicole also advises clients in the rapidly evolving sports and sports technology industries. She has negotiated and structured eight-figures worth of sports-related transactions and regularly counsel’s agencies, athletes, investors, and sports startups on commercial agreements and strategic growth. Her experience includes negotiating key partnership agreements in the professional sports space, managing Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals in the collegiate space, advising on investor and financing agreements for sports and NIL ventures, and assisting with the formation and development of sports-focused companies.
