Biography

Nick Candido is a litigation attorney who represents individuals and both privately held and public companies in a wide range of civil litigation matters.

Nick attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he graduated first in his class. While in law school, Nick was a TA for Legal Writing and for Civil Procedure. He also achieved multiple awards: winning first place in the 1L Moot Court Competition, first place in the Daugherty Moot Court competition, Best 1L Supreme Court Brief, and six American Jurisprudence awards for the highest grade in Torts, Contracts, Brief Writing, Criminal Law, Civil Pre-Trial Litigation, and Bankruptcy. Nick was a member of the Oklahoma Law Review, where he was the chair of the Judiciary Committee, and his note “‘Facet’ or ‘Facets’ of Executive Privilege in Oklahoma? Vandelay’s Unclear Outcome” was published in the Oklahoma Law Review’s Volume 76, Number 3.

Prior to law school, Nick was a manager at American Airlines in their Revenue Management department, where he led teams responsible for forecasting passenger demand and optimizing pricing output for the company.

In his free time, Nick enjoys playing in competitive chess tournaments, hiking, and taking his dog Scout for walks.
