Phillips Murrah was once again a proud sponsor of the 10th anniversary of the Midtown Walkabout event in Oklahoma City’s vibrant Midtown District, which took place on Saturday, April 12, 2025. The event was free and open to the public from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., drawing crowds for a day full of community, creativity, and local charm.
“Mingling with our friends and neighbors during Midtown Walkabout always makes it an exciting day,” said Dave Rhea, Phillips Murrah Marketing Director. “Phillips Murrah is a proud sponsor of Midtown’s district-wide open house event, and we love how much energy and enthusiasm the Midtown Alliance folks put into it.”
Held twice a year in April and October, Midtown Walkabout is a lively celebration of everything that makes Midtown unique. The event invites the community to explore the district, shop locally, savor delicious food, and connect with the neighborhood’s vibrant spirit. Local merchants offered special promotions, in-store activities, and exclusive discounts throughout the day while families enjoyed free entertainment and programming across the district. The Midtown Association thoughtfully organized the event with the Downtown Oklahoma City Partnership.
