Leanne Oliver is a seasoned legal executive with nearly 30 years of in-house experience, including serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Frito-Lay North America and PepsiCo Foods North America. She has advised on various legal matters spanning employment law, litigation, regulatory compliance, corporate transactions, and enterprise risk. She has built and led high-performing legal teams supporting business operations across the U.S. and Canada.
Leanne delivers strategic, business-focused legal counsel grounded in real-world experience. She has successfully led major class-action defenses, overseen significant acquisitions, and developed forward-thinking employment policies and training programs. With a strong foundation in employment law, having led PepsiCo’s U.S. Employment Law Group, she brings deep subject matter expertise and an executive-level understanding of how legal risk intersects with business priorities.
Recognized for her integrity and leadership, Leanne has earned multiple honors, including a Lifetime Achievement Award from the DFW Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and The Texas Lawbook, recognition by the Texas Diversity Council as one of the Top 50 General Counsel, and inclusion in the GC Powerlist Texas: Outstanding Legal Professionals.
