During his presentation, Patrick addressed critical legal issues impacting aerial spray applicators. He offered practical advice on identifying potential risks, safeguarding against both litigation and non-litigation challenges, and underscored the importance of comprehensive corporate governance and estate planning to protect assets and secure the future.
