Phillips Murrah Director Patrick L. Hullum provided expert legal guidance to members of the Oklahoma Agricultural Aviation Association (OAAA) at their 2025 Conference and Trade Show, held on January 19 at the Embassy Suites in Norman, OK.
During his presentation, Patrick addressed critical legal issues impacting aerial spray applicators. He offered practical advice on identifying potential risks, safeguarding against both litigation and non-litigation challenges, and underscored the importance of comprehensive estate planning to protect assets and secure the future.
“The OAAA is a tremendous organization that is essential to Oklahoma’s agricultural industry,” said Patrick. “Its members are individuals who both reside in and lift up small towns and rural communities across the state. I’m always honored by the opportunity to speak with them, and truly amazed at the scientific expertise covering aeronautics, physics, chemistry, and biology.”
Phillips Murrah was proud to support the 2025 OAAA Conference as a Platinum-level Sponsor, further demonstrating the Firm’s commitment to the agricultural aviation community. Hullum has a long history of engaging with OAAA members, having presented on similar topics at the association’s annual conferences in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
