Phillips Murrah proudly welcomes Ande Burchfield to the firm. Ande is a transactional attorney whose practice spans securities, real estate, and emerging technologies such as blockchain, cryptocurrency, and tokenization.
She brings significant experience advising public and private companies, particularly in the real estate and oil and gas sectors, on SEC and FINRA compliance, securities offerings, and regulatory strategy. Ande has also worked closely with startups and tech developers to build blockchain-based products that align with current regulations, and she’s guided financial institutions through crypto-adjacent product development with a focus on KYC/AML compliance.
Ande has perspectives as a lawyer, active real estate investor, and syndication sponsor. Her experience managing properties across asset classes, including self-storage, industrial, office, multifamily, and short-term rentals, gives her a unique edge when advising real estate clients.
A graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law and the University of Central Oklahoma, Ande has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2018. She’s also a recipient of the NextGen Under 30 and OCU Alumni 30 Under 30 awards, and she continues to speak on topics like smart contracts, decentralized finance, and digital securities.
