Phillips Murrah is proud to welcome Madison A. Embry, a litigation attorney representing individuals and privately held and public companies in a wide range of civil litigation matters.
Madison is an associate in our Dallas office. She specializes in employment issues, including risk management, administrative charges, and litigated matters. She also handles complex tort matters in Texas.
Madison graduated cum laude from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. During her time there, she served as the Managing Editor for the International Lawyer and was a national semifinalist in the ABA Labor & Employment Mock Trial Competition.
Madison’s passion for litigation led her to research the transition of Texas courts to online hearings in the summer of 2020. She served internships for both state and federal judges. She feels proud to have received the Graduate Student Dean’s Award for Interdisciplinary Research for her findings and presentation on blockchain and intestate succession.
