Leadership Oklahoma City‘s LOYAL (Linking Oklahoma’s Young Adult Leaders) program is designed for next-generation leaders who are on the path to significant leadership positions within their companies and organizations. LOYAL is a short-format, skills-based program intended for young adults just beginning their community service careers and focuses on skills that are useful in community service activities, such as serving on the Board of Directors of a nonprofit organization.
