She has advised on various legal matters spanning employment law, litigation, regulatory compliance, corporate transactions, and enterprise risk. She has built and led high-performing legal teams supporting business operations across the U.S. and Canada.

She has successfully led major class-action defenses, overseen significant acquisitions, and developed forward-thinking employment policies and training programs. With a strong foundation in employment law, having led PepsiCo’s U.S. Employment Law Group, she brings deep subject matter expertise and an executive-level understanding of how legal risk intersects with business priorities.
