Phillips Murrah proudly welcomes Jake A. Seidel to the Firm’s Oklahoma City office. Jake is a litigation attorney who represents individuals, privately held businesses, and public companies in a wide range of civil litigation matters. A former attorney at the Firm, Jake returns with strong courtroom experience and a commitment to client-focused advocacy.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, graduating third in his class and receiving Order of the Coif honors. While in law school, he served as an Articles Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review. After graduation, Jake served as a law clerk to the Honorable Bernard M. Jones of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, gaining valuable insight into the federal judiciary.
Admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2022, Jake is a member of the Order of the Coif and the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi. A Tulsa native now based in Oklahoma City, he enjoys sports, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
