Phillips Murrah is proud to announce that the newly constructed Phillips Murrah Headquarters building is a finalist in Urban Land Institute Oklahoma’s 11th Annual Impact Awards.
The Phillips Murrah Headquarters building, developed by Midtown Renaissance, designed by Fitzsimmons Architects, and constructed by Lingo Construction Services, is being recognized in the Large Scale Development category, along with finalists Domain at Chisholm Creek and Magnolia Row.
According to ULIOK, their Impact Awards recognize “projects that exemplify best practices in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities, through each project’s contributions to the built environment and the public realm.”
“The finalists represent those projects and initiatives that were determined to best promote the creation of resilient communities, intelligent densification and urbanization, as well as outstanding quality of design and construction. This year’s event is co-chaired by Justin Brannon (Chris George Homes) and Maria Angelica Prado (Guernsey).”
The winners in each category will be announced at the awards ceremony, which will be held on Feb. 7, 2025 at the Oklahoma City Convention Center.
Finalists for each of the categories were selected from a public nomination process. Projects completed in the broader Oklahoma City metropolitan area within the last two years were eligible for nomination.
