Law360, a NYC-based legal industry news organization, surveys participating law firms in various size categories and publishes results in their annual Women in Law Report. The Ceiling Smashers list includes the top 10 firms in each law firm size category with the highest representation of women in their respective equity partnerships. Women make up 50% of Phillips Murrah’s equity partners and 54% of the Firm’s attorneys, overall. In contrast, on average nationally, women make up about 41% of all lawyers and only just over 25% of equity partner positions across the industry, according to the Law360 report.
