Phillips Murrah proudly sponsored the 2024 Taste of OKC event as a Chef De Partie sponsor. The Oklahoma City Convention Center event featured food from over 30 Oklahoma City-area restaurants and breweries. The night was filled with a diverse range of delicious food, a silent auction that benefits Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma to match volunteer mentors with participating children, and lively music that added to the vibrant atmosphere.
Phillips Murrah Directors Byrona J. Maule, Patrick L. Hullum, Lauren S. Voth, and Attorney Camille N. Burge were in attendance.
Phillips Murrah’s support for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma (BBBSOK) doesn’t end here. Later in the year, Phillips Murrah will participate in another BBBS benefit called OKC Bowl for Kids’ Sake. This annual event helps raise funds for the cause of providing mentors for children facing adversity. Phillips Murrah is proud to be associated with BBBSOK and their efforts to create a better future for children in Oklahoma.
Byrona J. Maule is also a passionate community advocate who has devoted much of her life to volunteerism and philanthropy. Of note, Byrona’s distinguished service to Big Brothers Big Sisters began in 1990, and she is currently serving on the Governing Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters for a second time, having served from 2012–2015, including as Chair from 2013–2015.
Additionally, attorney Camille N. Burge is a new member of the BBBS Resource Board, appointed earlier this year. Camille is a litigation attorney who represents individuals and privately held and public companies in various civil litigation and family law matters.
