Congratulations to Phillips Murrah attorney Kelsey A. Chilcoat for being elected as the 106th president of Kiwanis Club of Downtown Oklahoma City! Kelsey began her term on Oct. 1, and she will serve in this volunteer role over the next year.

“I am thrilled to lead this prestigious organization this year,” Kelsey said. “The mission of Kiwanis is to change the world through service to children and communities, and I’m excited to help continue our tradition of service.”

“Kelsey has proven herself to be an exemplary leader and dedicated servant of our community,” said past president Kyle Foster in a news release. “Our club will be in excellent hands with her as our president.”

Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time. The Kiwanis Club of Downtown Oklahoma City, chartered in 1918, is the oldest continually-operating Kiwanis Club west of the Mississippi River.

In our community, Kelsey also serves as a member of the Executive Board of Directors for the Uptown 23rd District Association and was a member of last year’s LOKC LOYAL Class XVII.

In her legal practice, Kelsey represents individuals and corporations in a broad range of matters and through all stages of litigation, including insurance litigation, intellectual property, and construction law. You can contact her at 405.606.4728 and kachilcoat@phillipsmurrah.com.
