Cody became involved in the OCBA through the Young Lawyers’ Board. Through that, he said in a previous article, he was able to appreciate the impact the OCBA has in the OKC community and throughout its membership. He was also able to build relationships with other attorneys and judges who practice in Oklahoma County, he added, and he enjoyed and appreciated getting to speak colleagues outside a professional setting. Through Cody’s experience and leadership in the Young Lawyers Board, he was able to take part in the OCBA Board of Directors, which increased his desire to eventually become President of the Board.
