Phillips Murrah is honored to celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month and our Hispanic and Latinx attorneys and staff. To commemorate this occasion, the Firm is continuing its support of the Oklahoma City Latino Community Development Agency by funding a college scholarship in memory of late Director Shannon K. Emmons, who was passionate about community service and especially proud of her service as Vice Chairman of the LCDA Board of Directors.
“Phillips Murrah is thrilled to honor our partner and friend Shannon Emmons by helping to further the education of another deserving Latinx high school student in Oklahoma City,” said Candace Williams Lisle, Chair of Phillips Murrah’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee. “We value our partnership with LCDA and the great work they do to support our Latinx community.”
This is the second year Phillips Murrah is supporting LCDA with our Shannon K. Emmons memorial scholarship donation.
