Phillips Murrah represented a core group of Ashton Grove homeowners as plaintiffs in the Norman residential development in litigation filed in multiple forums against the developer.
With the plaintiffs represented by Tom Wolfe, Cathy Campbell and Doug Todd of Phillips Murrah, having prevailed after a two-and-a-half-week trial in Cleveland County, as well as on multiple appeals, the case was concluded in the homeowners’ favor in a San Antonio bankruptcy court approximately 14 years after it began.
