Phillips Murrah is pleased to welcome Grace G. Rebensdorf to the Firm’s Dallas office. Grace is a transactional attorney whose practice centers on real estate finance and real property law, with a focus on property acquisitions, dispositions, refinances, development, and leasing. She brings extensive experience representing both corporate clients and individuals in banking, finance, and real estate transactions, including due diligence review of corporate entity documents, title commitments, and survey matters.
Grace has built her practice handling a broad range of commercial real estate work, including drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements, representing lenders in multifamily and affordable housing transactions, and managing complex loan closings from start to finish.
Grace earned her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2017, where she served as Vice President of the Women’s Law Student Association and received a scholarship from the Dallas Women Lawyers Association. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health from the University of Texas at Austin, where she was named to the Dean’s List.
Outside the office, Grace is an active member of her faith community and enjoys spending time with her family. She is an avid runner and enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
