Phillips Murrah proudly congratulates attorney Phoebe M. Barber on her appointment to the University of Oklahoma College of Law Young Alumni Board (YAB). The Board serves as an advisory group to the OU College of Law, comprised of some of the school’s most accomplished recent graduates.

“I’m excited to serve on the board, and look forward to fostering mentorship with OU Law students, building connections with fellow young alumni, and contributing to a positive impact on the OU Law community,” Phoebe said.
Established in 2013, YAB was created to strengthen ties between the College of Law and its recent graduates. Over the past 12 years, more than 75 members have served. Historically, YAB focused their efforts on enhancing networking and mentorship opportunities for OU Law students.
More recently, YAB expanded its purpose to highlight and build upon OU Law’s value advantage. Current responsibilities include mentorship and professional development activities with OU Law graduates and an increased focus on student outcomes, such as bar exam passage and employment placement.
Phoebe is poised to make a strong impact on the Young Alumni Board, supporting OU Law leadership in strengthening connections with recent graduates and advancing both academic and professional programs.
