Phillips Murrah Headquarters Receives Urban Land Institute’s Impact Award for Best Large Scale Development

Phillips Murrah is proud to congratulate development firm Midtown Renaissance and architecture firm Fitzsimmons Architects on winning Urban Land Institute’s Impact Award in the category of Best Large Scale Development for the Phillips Murrah Headquarters, located at 424 N.W. 10th St. in Oklahoma City’s Midtown District. Both firms are responsible for the concept and production of the exciting, modern, new office building that Phillips Murrah calls home.

photo of Phillips Murrah reception areaAt the awards ceremony, held on Feb. 7th at the Oklahoma City Convention Center, Chris Fleming, a Partner at Midtown Renaissance and Brian Fitzsimmons, founder of Fitzsimmons Architects, stepped on stage to receive the award. In the acceptance speech, Chris commented that “Phillips Murrah is a tenant that thinks differently and believes in the process, and believes in the direction that Midtown is going based on our past work and our future trajectory.” He added, “Societies get what they celebrate, and ULI celebrates quality development in our community.”
