Biography

Kim Kelly is a goal-oriented litigator who advocates for clients through every stage of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations through final resolution. Kim works closely with clients to identify strategic objectives and manage risk at each critical juncture over the life of a lawsuit. She is experienced in defending clients of all sizes in both state and federal courts.

While at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Kim served as the Business and Marketing Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review, and as President of the Board of Advocates. She also served as a mentor for 1L students. She was also inducted as a Member of the Order of the Coif.

She lives in Dallas with her husband, two children, and their Great Pyrenees rescue dog. She is active in her community and focuses her volunteering on the homeless in her neighborhood of downtown Dallas. She is also an active member at Chapel of the Cross in Uptown Dallas. In her free time, she enjoys baking, camping, and spending time with her family.
