Biography

Jason M. Kreth is a Director who represents individuals and both privately-held and public companies in a wide range of matters with an emphasis on assisting clients in the banking industry. Jason’s banking litigation experience includes complex commercial foreclosures, privacy act considerations, bankruptcy, residential foreclosures and lender liability litigation. Jason’s law practice also includes representation of clients in the cannabis industry, as well as real property, employment discrimination, contracts, construction, torts and product liability litigation.

Jason is a frequent speaker regarding cannabis regulation, foreclosure matters, evictions, bankruptcy and ethical issues. During his time at Vanderbilt University Law School, he received scholastic excellence awards in Antitrust and Cyberspace Law. He was also an associate editor on the Vanderbilt Law Review.

Born in Shawnee Mission, Kansas, he currently resides in Edmond, Oklahoma.
