Biography

Jake A. Seidel is a litigation attorney who represents individuals and both privately-held and public companies in a wide range of civil litigation matters.

Jake attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he earned the American Jurisprudence Award for Civil Pretrial Litigation, Evidence, Oil & Gas, and Selected Issues in Antitrust Practice. He served as an Articles Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review, Treasurer for the Federal Bar Association OU Chapter, and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. Jake also received the Comfort “Top Ten” Scholarship, the Frank and Edna Asper Elkouri Scholarship, and graduated with Highest Honors.

While pursuing his law degree, Jake had the opportunity to work as a judicial intern for both the Honorable Jerome A. Holmes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit as well as Justice Noma D. Gurich of the Oklahoma Supreme Court.

Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jake currently lives in Oklahoma City. He enjoys all things sports and spending time with friends and family.
