Phillips Murrah Director Joshua L. Edwards has been named as the Practice Group Leader of the Firm’s Transactional Practice Group.

Edwards is a corporate attorney who represents clients in a broad range of commercial transactions, including private securities offerings and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and commercial finance.

Edwards joins Director Lyndon W. Whitmire, who is the Litigation Practice Group Leader.
