OKLAHOMA CITY – Phillips Murrah has elected four new shareholders and directors, all based in the downtown Oklahoma City office.
The new shareholders and directors are Stephen W. Elliott, formerly a partner at Kline, Kline Elliott & Bryant in Oklahoma City, whose practice is focused on bankruptcy litigation; Juston R. Givens, who practices entertainment and commercial law, with an emphasis on the music industry; Heather L. Hintz, whose areas of practice include commercial litigation, appellate practice, international law and securities regulation; and Beverly I. Vilardofsky, whose primary areas of practice are corporate and securities law.
