Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma recently honored four metro-area residents with annual awards.
Byrona Maule was named 2011 Champion of the Year. Maule has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters for more than 20 years. She was recognized for her leadership, experience and service by the Big Brothers Big Sisters Oklahoma City Resource Board.
Norman resident Jim Murphree, who has been matched with his little brother for more than five years, was named Big Brother of the Year.
