G. David Bryant is a litigation attorney whose practice focuses on bankruptcy and creditor rights, with an emphasis on mediation services. He also represents companies and individuals in a wide range of litigation matters.
David has represented debtor and creditor parties in bankruptcy matters since 1985, including Chapter 11 reorganizations. He is co-author of “Statutory Oklahoma Comments,” Uniform Commercial Code Article 8, Investment Securities, 1995.
He is known in the legal community for fair and effective negotiation, often resulting in an early—less costly—resolution for the client, whether involved in court proceedings or not.
With a wealth of experience successfully representing clients in bankruptcy matters, it comes as no surprise that he has been a United States Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for the Western District of Oklahoma since 2002. For his accomplishments in the practice of law, David is named to Oklahoma Super Lawyers in the area of civil litigation defense.
Born in Norman, Oklahoma, David currently resides in Oklahoma City. He has music in his soul, recording and performing locally from time to time and has been offered the opportunity to work on Broadway. Though he’s lived in some of the most celebrated cities in America, his heart remains in Oklahoma. When time permits, David enjoys fly fishing as a good getaway.
